Tories up to usual sleaze even before election

torysleazeagain We had to laugh – even though it’s far from amusing.

Despite the touchy-feely ‘green tree’ image he’s trying to project, the Eton toff Cameron was never going to change the basic Tory animal from being a sleazy, moneygrabbing, self-seeking con-man.

Citizen readers are no doubt as shocked as we are by this revelation. Who’da thought it?! After months of revelations over sleazy upper-class Tory MPs defrauding the taxpayer over their expenses, you’d have been forgiven for assuming that all MPs would be whiter-than-white from now on, albeit with a few brown stains around the edges.

Nevertheless, it seems that well over a fifth of prospective Tory candidates who think they have a good chance of becoming MPs at the next election, are already working as lobbyists or public relations consultants on behalf of businesses and other interests. Would that be in exchange for money, do you think?

“Several acknowledged that they had set up meetings for clients with Shadow ministers, MPs and officials. More said that they had been asked to provide advice on the party’s direction. A few admitted to having pressed clients’ cases to Tory frontbenchers”, says the Times.

So much for Cameron’s promise to usher in a “new politics”. Once a party of sleaze, always a party of sleaze…

Politicians want reform? Sure they do, like turkeys want Christmas.

So Cameron, Clegg, Brown and their band of corrupt brothers and sisters across the political parties suddenly want ‘change and reform’, …er… just because they’ve been found out? Yes, right…

We believe them, of course.
Like we believed the thousands of promises down the years which have been broken.
Like we believed every party slogan to build a ‘New Britain’, create a ‘Fairer Britain’ or to bring ‘prosperity for all’,
…and like we believed every new party leader that ever came along, who flattered to deceive us that they would be the solution to our problems as a society

We believed them all… and so where exactly did it get us?

We always suspected they were self-seeking chancers, and now we know.

Now it’s time to remove them from power and arrest the guilty.

It’s time to make a fresh start.

So the week has finally shown just how many self-seeking, greedy fraudsters make up the Great British Parliament.

What a fine example they make for the citizens and workers of Britain.
What a fine example they make for hard-working families and our children.
What a fine example to the rest of the world.

The leaders of so-called ‘evil’ regimes and the bloody dictatorships over whom we claim such moral superiority must be laughing ’til they drop.

If you were the most anarchic of commentators or the most extreme political revolutionary, you couldn’t find a better way of discrediting Western values and the nonsense of parliamentary democracy.

"Which flat would you like? Number 33 or Number 45? You want rice wiv dat?"

"Which flat you want? Nummer 33 or Nummer 45? You want rice wi' dat?"

Apart from the fact that they ran a large credit card fraud operation which spread across the world – bad enough in itself – how on EARTH did a gang of illegal Chinese immigrants get free benefit handouts and a council flat in Walworth, London?

There must be thousands of low-paid and other eligible BRITISH families in the Southwark area who should have been living there, rather than these scum.

Southwark is the parliamentary constituency of Lib Dem big cheese Simon Hughes, and the council itself is run by Labour and Lib Dem councillors, so how do they justify their local housing and benefits policy?

Questions need to be asked and Southwark Council held accountable for this cock-up.

This part of the story will probably be buried, but it shouldn’t be.

How many other illegal immigrants and criminals have council flats in London or anywhere else in Britain when they shouldn’t even be in the country, never mind getting benefits from the British taxpayer? Now they HAVE been caught, we’ll no doubt be paying for them to stay in our overcrowded prisons, too, rather than getting their own country to bang them up at their expense.
